TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITION INCLUDING CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us However, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow us to offer your slot to someone else.

 

This policy relates to all appointments, under all circumstances, in all situations.

 

Please give at least 7 days notice to reschedule an appointment. If we are able to accommodate a reschedule request made with less than 7 days notice, a £25 booking fee will be required at time of moving the appointment. (We will always endeavor to accommodate requests but these are not always possible and in such circumstances the cancellation fee will be applicable).

 

Appointments cannot be rearranged to a date more than 3 months later than the original date.

 

When undertaking a course of treatment we request that no more than 80 days lapse between appointments. (Upon 81 days the course will be terminated with no refund or part refund payable to you). Further work will be priced as per the current pricing at that time set out in the website. A new deposit will be required upon booking.

 

No refund, part refund or credit will be issued in any form for appointments left unbooked, not attended, cancelled or left unused.

 

You accept our right (at our sole discretion) to refuse more than one re-booking request from you in any 12 month period. Appointment times are long and rescheduling creates difficulties in running a smooth diary.

 

You accept that any late cancellation creates a financial loss for us, so accordingly you agree to forfeit you deposit of £100 per treatment, per area of the face, in full if less than 7 days notice is given to reschedule, cancel, if you are late resulting in insufficient time for your appointment to go ahead, if you arrive with a contra indication as set out in the T&C’s preventing treatment going ahead. A new deposit will be necessary to schedule a new appointment.

 

In the event that you become pregnant during your course of treatment we will have to void any outstanding appointments. A 20% discount on the published price (at the time of booking) will be offered (within 24 months) if you wish to book in an appointment when you are fit to do so.

 

Perfect Makeup shall not be liable for non-performance or delay of performance which is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, inclement weather, fire, flood, industrial action, explosions, government regulations and orders.

 

We want you to have the best possible experience with us, and sometimes that means we may not be able to accommodate every request. While we do our best to work with your schedule and preferences, please understand that we may not be able to provide certain styles or treatments that don’t align with our services. Additionally, we kindly request that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, as we are not responsible for any travel costs incurred. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service!”

 

Followup Treatments are only inclusive to clients booking initial treatments listed as New.

 

Models for training, demos or promotional events agree you will not be entitled to a free of charge Followup Treatment. An appointment will be scheduled at the time of your Model appointment, at a discounted rate. Rescheduling of this appointment will forfeit any discount applied. If less than 7 days notice is given payment will be required at time of rescheduling.

 

You accept that booking times may slip and you excuse and release us from any liability for such slippage within any particle working day.

 

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in a situation that is unavoidable you agree to release us from any liability for cancellation by us which is notified to you more than 1 days before any date booked for Treatment or Follow Up Treatment.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it helps us to run our business smoothly and provide the best possible service to all of our clients.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

 

In certain cases such as model requests, refunds may be agreed upon at the outset. In such instances, the deposit will be refundable once the appointment has been completed and after pictures have been taken a month following.
